                                                    This page outlines my basic pricing for computer repair and computer upgrades. I believe in providing a written estimate before any work is done. If
 the estimate is going to be exceeded, I will offer a new estimate or discuss verbally before any work is done. My assessments of your computer problems
 and needs are geared to give you, the customer, a good understanding of what needs to be done. In other words I can turn technical language into
understandable english most of the time. I also like to follow up all jobs with an e-mail or phone call to make sure you are satisfied. I simply will not have                                                       
a customer who is not satisfied...at the very worst case your money will be refunded in full and you may hire another person to do the work.
 I have heard computer repair people compared to used car dealers and I suppose there's a bit of truth to that. My goal is to make money and get                                                          
 you back online or playing games or e-mailing family and friends. I feel i can best do that by being honest and up front with anyone who cares to hire me.
I appreciate your business and will act accordingly.                                                       

 My onsite service calls are priced at $60/hour with a one hour minimum plus parts (if applicable) but you will never pay more than $120 (per incident)
 even if it takes me more than two hours to fix the problem. If I cannot solve your problem you will not have to pay anything.
I order replacement parts from NEW EGG , which I find to be the cheapest even with shipping costs. I try to avoid the retail and box stores for computer                                                             
parts unless it is an emergency or rush situation.
